How can I add to Out In Your City?

Any registered member can add Events, Groups, Hangouts, Paparazzi photos, and Community News to the Out In Your City section.

I own a Homo Hangout listed in Out In Your City. How can I make changes to the listing?

Go to your Hangout’s page on Xtra.ca and click the link that says “Send changes and/or a new Hangout photo.” Or, you can email webeditor@xtra.ca with the name of your venue, the city it is located in, along with any requested changes and/or one photo under 5MB. Changes will be made within two business days.

I run a Group listed in Out In Your City. How can I make changes to the listing?

Go to your Group’s page on Xtra.ca and click the link that says “Request changes to this listing.” Or, you can email webeditor@xtra.ca with the name of your group, the city it is located in, along with any requested changes and/or one photo under 5MB. Changes will be made within two business days.

I run a Group listed in Out In Your City. How can I add my group’s Community News?

To add Community News for your Group, you must have ownership of that group. You can have ownership two ways:

• If you created the Group, you automatically have ownership.
• If you would like to claim a Group that you did not create:
  • Login to Xtra.ca
  • Find your Group’s page
  • Click the link that says “Request ownership of this group”
  • Alternatively, you can email webeditor@xtra.ca with your Xtra.ca username, and the name of the group that you would like to claim.
