Description
Canadians from coast to coast will be stretching both their bodies and their philanthropic muscles to raise funds for arthritis and autoimmune disease research. On Sunday, March 4, 2012 beginner friendly yoga classes will be held in 19 locations across Canada, including Vancouver. The Vancouver session will take place at the Creekside Community Recreation Centre from 11:00AM. The sessions can accommodate first-time yogis to experts, and all ages are welcome. Those outside of a venue, or who want to practice at home can participate through the Virtual Challenge.
