We started Leaping Thespians because we had to create the plays we wanted to see. Even in this era of same-sex marriage and the LWord, we are still looking for art which holds up a mirror to our lives.

Leaping Thespians is a woman's theatre company bringing stories of lesbians' lives to Vancouver audiences. The company debuted in Nelson in the 1990's and has performed in Nelson, Vancouver, Nanaimo, Kamloops and Prince George.
