The Centering Space
Queer & Trans Hatha Flow with Heather A small group of LGBTQI folks guided by our breath and awareness through a flowing & energizing practice, rounded out by the supported stillness of a restorative finale. Come and explore in this safe and comfortable community space where we can expect to find: our connection to breath, increased flexibility & strength, energy, balance, mindfulness, and a connection between body-mind-spirit. Time: Tuesdays 6 - 7:15p.m Dates: Jan.15 - Mar.26, 2013 (no class March 12th) Location: The Centering Space, 59 Cambridge Ave. (Broadview & Danforth), some parking available Fees: $120 (10 class term), sliding scale spots available when possible To Register: contact me at email@example.com to confirm a space is available. There are limited spots in each class so please reserve early.
