I am the owner of One IN Ten. We have moved to a new location now at 256 Bank St.Upstairs second floor, Ottawa, Ont. K2P 1X4 (613)563-0110 Now have 11 cubbicles and all brand new store from floor to ceiling.

Customers Beware!
Was in the store. Another customer felt comfortable in speaking about me in whispers while looking back at me, implying that I was going to shoplift, and possibly that I might be a porn inspector, as I was going through a large number of titles. The clerk made a comment that it was all right that I had moved a few titles from the shelf to the top as long as I "was going to buy" and this from a clerk who has rung up large purchases from me before! This two even has the nerve to both look and whisper when there only three of us in the store and deny they were taking about me when I told them that it made me feel uncomfortable!! I've known the owner for years, but this has really creeped me and I definately will be taking ten years of business - as they say - somewhere else.

how to get into your place
Hi, I have just returned back to my room after finding your place in bank Street, the place seems to be closed, I knocked but got no response - what is the procedure to get into your venue, I will here for 3 weeks 2 september 2012 Thank you

Please! Respect Customer's Right
I am one of the faithful customer of this store but what I have noticed is that when a good looking hunk steps in the back room either the owner or his sales clerk comes in and pretending to clean and later on you find them kneeling and sucking the guy. I know that you guys (Tom Ramsey & slaes clerk) have priority since you are in the store and own it but it would be nice and ethical to respect the customers right as well and freedom. Thanks!
