Description
The Ottawa Senior Pride Network proudly presents 'Terry Pratchett: Choosing To Die'. In December of 2007, beloved fantasy author Sir Terry Pratchett was diagnosed with a rare form of early onset Alzheimer's. He was 59 years old. Less than four years later, he began the process to take his own life. 'Choosing To Die' is a powerful and fascinating film, which explores the controversies and complications surrounding the issue of assisted suicide. The film will be followed by a presentation by Debby Hanscom (Dying With Dignity) and a discussion. FREE. For more info call Donna at 613-233-4443 x2194.
