Rideau Speedeaus
A group of mostly gay and lesbian swimmers from all skill levels that swim together up to 3 times a week at the University of Ottawa Pool. Members benefit from the guidance of a swim coach that helps to develop skills and technique. The Rideau Speedeaus also hold two Learn to Swim programs per year for new or returnee swimmers.
The team also enjoys getting together for meals on Friday night after the swim.
