On Friday evening, Thunder Bay rallied in support of Jake Raynard, who was viciously gaybashed on Sep 5.
"We are gathered here in solidarity today to speak out against these acts and urge other victims to step forward and have their stories known," said Raynard at the rally.

Congrats for equality north of the 407
I think it's sad that someone had to be beat down in order to bring people together. Having said that, it just shows that there is support for LGBT people outside of the Toront area.
