I don't think that by asking the intrusive photographer Zac was being a "dildo". I'd say that about the photographer though, who thinks that it's OK to make money and get famous by taking a picture of someone visiting a sex-shop.
Unless the photographer has some sort of a grudge against Zac, doing something that might hurt his career is really ireesponsiple.

I’m not a fan or Zack, so he doesn’t want to be seen looking at dildos, what wrong with that. We live in a culture we the paparazzi only job is to get a pic of celebrities at there worst and make a big deal of it. And now we have this nasty little blogger looking for his 15 sec of fame trying to make more of it than it is. Go write some that worth reading. Oh wait you write for Xtra
