Out magazine recently celebrated its 20th anniversary, and at the helm of the most successful gay magazine in North America is editor-in-chief Aaron Hicklin. Formerly an editor at Redbook, he has been leading Out since 2006.
Of course, his professional achievements are enough to make him The Gay of the Day, but it was his jawline that convinced me:
